The Consulate General’s mandate is to promote Commercial and Economic Diplomacy, Promotion of Regional Integration, Provision of Diplomatic, Protocol and Consular services, Mobilize and Empower the Ugandan Diaspora in Mombasa, Promote Uganda’s Public Diplomacy as well as strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the Consulate General.
